Add link to Checkbox label. (e.g. for terms and conditions)

Hi i was wondering what is the best practice to add a Terms and conditions link to a form and especially let the user accept those. Is it e.g. possivle to ad a link to the label of a checkbox field? Here is a similar article for that for wpforms but i was unable to find something like this from you: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-add-a-terms-of-service-checkbox-to-a-form/

You can enter your own terms or even use Termageddon.

I’d also recommend adding a checkbox field to enable the user to acknowledge their acceptance of the terms.
