I have created a form which I associate to multiple products. All is well except when the customer adds to the cart and checks out, I do not see any submissions for this form. I would like to have these in order to send separate emails on submission.
Each action runs when the order status matches the statuses selected for each action. By default they run when the status is set to ‘In Progress’ or ‘Completed’. Here is a link to how that is configured:
