Insert (burger) icon in Actions Panel

Hiya.

When you click on the Insert icon in Actions Panel, the dropdown list of select options appears below the input field/area, which is very uncomfortable to use.

Perhaps the input field should remain below the dropdown list?

Also, once an option is selected, the dropdown list stays open, which is another inconvenience.
