Label / Text Only Area

Is it possible to add a section of text, no field just like a label of text.

For example if I want to break a form up and/or add in an explainer paragraph of text, it would be useful to have like a label only field that I can enter my text so it shows in the form. I have tried searching the components but cannot see a way to make it work without adding an unnecessary field and cannot see anything similar in a forum thread

I normally just use the text editor field which is under content when adding fields, its about half way down the side bar.
You can then place it inside its own section with a label showing then add spacers if you need to increase the gap between sections.
