One-To-Many Forms on One Page

Has anyone devised a good way to implement one-to-many functionality with WS Form (other than using a repeater)? My objective is to have a WP page that contains:

One form that will be a CPT for the “one” side of the relationship; and
A second form that would allow for multiple entries of a different CPT for the “many” side of the relationship
