Post management plugin: radio button shows in preview but not in published form

Hi Guys,

I have a form I created using the post management plugin.

The form uses a radio field to show all of the available categories available for my CPT created in metabox. When I preview the form it works perfectly but when I add it to the dashboard the radio field is empty.

Have you seen this issue before?

I just tried something there, it works on the front end, just not in the dashboard
