Prefix – Suffix – Output

Is there a way to send Prefix and Suffix alongside the field data.

Example Number field with suffix %

User input = 18

Output = 18%

The submitted data contains the raw input minus any prefix and suffixes. The prefix and suffix option on a field is just a cosmetic feature to assist the user with completing that field. You could add the suffix yourself to an email template or any other code making use of that field.

e.g. #field(123)%

An e-mail template is a good option, however it does not affect the attached pdf…?
