Price by Percentage

Is there a way to charge a fee for products using the woocommerce add-on based on a percent of the total price instead of a flat fee? I’m selling products that are sourced thru various vendors that are customized thru my site and need to be able to charge 20% if they order x quantity or 35% if they choose option b. etc.
