Outstanding service – definitely recommend

I have tried other form plug ins but ws form is definitely the best. Easy to use form builder and the pro version which gives conditional logic and loads of other fields is extremely well priced compared to other form providers and for the functionality it gives. If that is not enough the support is by far the best customer support I have ever received in any sector ever. Couldn’t do enough to help me (a relative newbie to website building), prompt responses, regular updates and assurances – I genuinely felt like I was their most important customer and that they cared. You can not put a price on that, nor can you ‘force’ it, it has to be in the dna and it is for this reason I will never use another form builder. Genuinely humbled by the level of support.
