You never know until challenges arise

I’ve been a fan of WS Form since the day I bought my subscription because of the flexibility, customization, and the ability to support long and complex multi-step forms. But you never really know how good any given software is until you’re faced with a challenge that requires a very deep understanding of the plugin you’re using paired with a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and figure out the problem. This is exactly what happened in my experience with WS Form. There was a very tricky problem preventing the submission of my forms and Mark jumped in with both feet, on a weekend even, and solved the issue like a pro. Support is what makes the difference between a good plugin and a great one, and WS Form falls squarely into this category. They really know their stuff and care about their subscribers. Worth every penny.
