WS Form can be fully integrated with custom fields created using ACF. It can create forms that include ACF fields, push submissions as new posts that are compatible with ACF, and pre-populate forms using post data that includes ACF fields.

If you add a Repeater field in ACF, WS Form converts it to a repeatable section. When the form is submitted, the repeated rows are populated in ACF. Nested repeaters and groups are not supported.

Yes. If you create the form from a template, WS Form automatically creates field mappings for WordPress and ACF fields using a Post Management action.

Yes. Selects, checkboxes, radios, and button groups can pull their choices dynamically from ACF, so changes made in ACF are reflected on the form. Relational fields such as Post Object and User fields are also updated dynamically.
