The Anatomy of a Form

Each of your website pages can have one or many forms on it. Each form on a web page is known as a form instance. You can have as many form instances on a page as you need.

Tabs

Tabs are a convenient way of splitting a form into separate pages. Each form can have one or many tabs.

Sections

To add a section to your form, simply click the add section icon at the bottom of your form.

Fields

All of the available fields can be found in the toolbox sidebar. To add a field to your form, simply click and drag a field from the toolbox to a section of your form.

Customize Appearance

The WS Form customize appearance feature allows you to edit the colors, fonts, and other style elements of your form in much the same way you would change the style of your website theme.

Responsive Forms

Responsive forms look good on all devices, from your mobile phone and tablet to a desktop computer screen.

Publishing Forms

When you are ready to publish your form and make it live, click the 'Publish' button. The Publish button will highlight blue whenever you are able to publish any recent changes to your form.

There are various ways to add a form to your website, such as via a page block on WordPress, adding the WS Form button to your site, or by using a widget.
