Yes. You can add a FluentCRM action to any form created in WS Form and run that action when the form is saved, submitted, or both.

The add-on supports field mapping, custom mapping, tag mapping, and fixed tags. WS Form supports mapping to normal, category, and transactional attributes in FluentCRM.

Yes. If you set the contact status to Pending, you can send a double opt-in email. You can also choose a form field to act as the opt-in field.

If a duplicate email address is found in FluentCRM, you can choose to update the contact, not update the contact, or show an error message. The duplicate error message can be customized.

This works when a website visitor is signed in and their WordPress email address matches the email address of a contact in FluentCRM. If the form was created using a FluentCRM template, the field mappings are created automatically.
