Frequently Asked Questions

How do I integrate WordPress with FluentCRM using WS Form?

Install the FluentCRM Add-On, then either create a form from a FluentCRM list in a single click or add a FluentCRM action to an existing form. For setup details, see the FluentCRM add-on guide.

What can the FluentCRM Add-On do?

It lets you subscribe and unsubscribe FluentCRM contacts using a form created in WS Form. You can also create forms from FluentCRM lists and pre-populate forms with FluentCRM contact data.

Can I create a FluentCRM form automatically?

Yes. WS Form can create a form for your FluentCRM lists in a single click from the add form page. The form is created and configured so it is ready to use immediately.

Can I use an existing WS Form with FluentCRM?

Yes. You can add a FluentCRM action to any form created in WS Form and run that action when the form is saved, submitted, or both.

What mapping options are available?

The add-on supports field mapping, custom mapping, tag mapping, and fixed tags. WS Form supports mapping to normal, category, and transactional attributes in FluentCRM.

Does the add-on support double opt-in?

Yes. If you set the contact status to Pending, you can send a double opt-in email. You can also choose a form field to act as the opt-in field.

How does duplicate handling work?

If a duplicate email address is found in FluentCRM, you can choose to update the contact, not update the contact, or show an error message. The duplicate error message can be customized.

When can WS Form pre-populate fields from FluentCRM?

This works when a website visitor is signed in and their WordPress email address matches the email address of a contact in FluentCRM. If the form was created using a FluentCRM template, the field mappings are created automatically.
