Add a form to a WordPress page in Oxygen Visual Site Builder with the WS Form element.
In Oxygen, open the WS Form PRO section and add the Form element to your layout. Then choose a form from the dropdown and click Apply Params to show the form in your layout.

Add the WS Form element in Oxygen Visual Site Builder, choose a form from the dropdown, and click Apply Params. For full instructions, see the Oxygen Visual Site Builder guide.
