Yes. WS Form can search Salesforce for an existing record before creating a new one. If a duplicate is found, you can leave the record unchanged or update it using the submitted data and each mapping’s On Update rules.

Yes. Attachment mapping lets you upload files from File Upload and Signature fields to the Salesforce object. If a File Upload field allows multiple files, each uploaded file is processed as an attachment.
