Yes. File and signature fields can be mapped so they are uploaded as attachments. Multiple file uploads create multiple attachments when the file field allows more than one file.

What if a submission does not reach Zoho CRM?

If a submission does not push to Zoho because of a technical error, you can re-run the action from the submission record. If the connection stops working, disconnect and connect again.
