In WordPress, you can import a form by selecting a JSON file from the layout editor or by dragging the file into the form builder area. You can also drag forms into the Form list.

WS Form can also export data such as select options, checkboxes, and radios, and import CSV files into data grids for entering large volumes of data. If you need to bring part of a form into another form, use the Section Library.
