Send form data to Google Sheets and build forms from your sheets

Connect your forms in WordPress to Google Sheets and push submissions as new rows in your spreadsheet. You can also create new forms from your Google Sheets in a single click on the add form page.

The premium integration supports field mapping so you can match form fields to the column headings in the first row of your sheet. If the spreadsheet ID is entered correctly, available sheets are retrieved for selection.

You can choose to run the Google Sheets action when the form is saved, submitted, or both. The premium integration also supports custom mapping, repeater rows to sheet rows, and URL output for mapped file and signature fields.

Can I map form fields to Google Sheets columns?

Yes. Field mapping lets you relate your form fields to the corresponding column headings in Google Sheets.

Can I send file and signature fields to Google Sheets as URLs?

Yes. If Use URL for File Fields is enabled, mapped file and signature fields are populated with URLs instead of the file name. If a single file is uploaded, it is added as a =HYPERLINK formula.

Does the add-on support custom values in Google Sheets cells?

Yes. Custom mapping lets you set a Google Sheets cell to a value you choose, including WS Form variables.

Can repeater rows be added to Google Sheets?

Yes. You can choose a repeater and WS Form will create a sheet row for each repeater row. Fields outside of the repeater are duplicated to each row.
