TrustedForm

Add TrustedForm to forms in WordPress for lead certification, consent records, and testing in sandbox mode.

How to Integrate Forms with TrustedForm in WordPress

Capture TrustedForm certificates in forms in WordPress

Add the TrustedForm field to your WordPress form to bring TrustedForm lead certification into WS Form. It helps certify consumer consent, document the time and source of submissions, and support transparency in data collection and usage.

When you add the TrustedForm section, WS Form automatically adds four fields: TrustedForm, TrustedForm Certificate URL, TrustedForm Ping URL, and TrustedForm Token. WS Form also automatically enqueues the TrustedForm JavaScript and binds TrustedForm to that form.

You can choose which fields store the certificate URL, ping URL, and token, and enable sandbox mode for testing. WS Form also supports multiple TrustedForm-enabled forms on the same page and lets you set an optional identifier for tracking and reporting.

  • Automatic field setup

Adding the TrustedForm section automatically adds the TrustedForm, Certificate URL, Ping URL, and Token fields.

  • Sandbox for testing

TrustedForm is configured with sandbox mode enabled by default when added from the Section Library for testing.

  • Multiple forms supported

You can add TrustedForm to as many forms as you wish, including multiple TrustedForm-enabled forms on the same page.

Add the TrustedForm section to your form in the Build > Sections sidebar. WS Form will add the TrustedForm fields automatically. For full setup guidance, see TrustedForm Field.

What fields are added when I use the TrustedForm section?

WS Form automatically adds four fields: TrustedForm, TrustedForm Certificate URL, TrustedForm Ping URL, and TrustedForm Token.

What can I store with the TrustedForm field?

You can choose specific fields for the certificate URL, ping URL, and token. The ping URL field is optional, and the token field is optional.

Does WS Form load TrustedForm automatically?
