Form Wide Section
A Form Wide Section can be useful for many reasons. It could house "total cost" or "live summary", etc etc. Currently sections are visible per tab. I'm suggesting an option to add form wide sections as well that can be seen no matter what tab you are on, for the example purposes stated above.
