Requesting a Refund

Our 14 day money back guarantee starts from the date you opened an account with WS Form.

If you are within the 14 day money back guarantee period and you find that WS Form PRO is not a good fit for your project you can request a full refund for your purchase.

If you are outside the 14 day period, or you have renewed a license, you cannot get a refund, but you can cancel your subscription to stop any future renewal payments.

Per our terms of use, refunds are not provided for license renewals.

How to Request a Refund

If you are within the 14 day money back guarantee period (14 days from opening an account with WS Form), please use our Contact Us form to request a refund. Please provide:

  • The WS Form order number.
  • Any license keys purchased.
  • The email address you used when making the original purchase.
  • Confirmation that all activated copies of WS Form PRO and/or add-ons have been deactivated and uninstalled.

Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Please note that all of our premium plugin files are digitally signed.

How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel a subscription, visit your Subscriptions page and then click ‘Cancel’. Once a subscription is cancelled you will still be eligible for software updates and product support up to the original renewal period.
