WS Form operates on a subscription basis with an annual license that auto-renews by default.
To cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your WS Form account.
- Click on the Subscriptions tab.
- Click to cancel the subscription.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the current term ends on the renewal date shown in your account, provided you have not been provided with a refund. No refunds are provided beyond the initial 14 days of opening an account with WS Form. Renewals are not eligible for refunds.
