The HighLevel integration has been discontinued in favor of the new LeadConnector integration. Since HighLevel operates under a gray-label system, this integration is now listed under LeadConnector rather than under the HighLevel name and is a completely new integration.

Upgrade to LeadConnector

While the HighLevel integration will continue to function, we now recommend upgrading to the LeadConnector integration, as the HighLevel version will no longer receive updates and will eventually be discontinued.

To upgrade to LeadConnector, please follow these steps:

1. Download the LeadConnector integration.
2. Install and activate the new LeadConnector integration.
3. Go to WS Form > Settings > LeadConnector.
4. Click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Choose the objects you want to work with (these should match your previous HighLevel settings).
6. For each form integrated with HighLevel:
   1. Create a new Add to LeadConnector action.
   2. Copy the settings from your old Add to HighLevel action to the new Add to LeadConnector action.
   3. Disable the old Add to HighLevel action (do not delete it until you’ve confirmed everything works).
   4. Click Save & Close.
   5. Click Preview to test the form and confirm it works correctly.
   6. Click Publish to finalize your changes.

Once you have migrated to the new white label LeadConnector version, you can uninstall and deactivate the old HighLevel integration.
