If you encounter this error when submitting a form that uses the Salesforce add-on, it usually means the connection to Salesforce is no longer valid and needs to be re-established.
This can happen for a few reasons, such as when the connected Salesforce user has:
- Changed their password
- Had their password expire
- Been deleted or deactivated
In some cases, the issue may also be caused by a network error on your hosting provider that prevents the OAuth token from refreshing properly.
You can also check the Salesforce Status Page to determine if there are any issues with the Salesforce API.
Reconnect to Salesforce
To reconnect to Salesforce:
- Navigate to WS Form > Settings > Salesforce
- If the status shows Connected, click Disconnect
- Click Connect and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect
- Re-select any Objects or Flows you are using
- Click Save
