WS Form securely processes subscription payments through Stripe.
If you’ve received an email from Stripe indicating that your payment failed or your credit card needs to be updated, you can resolve it by following these steps:
- Click on My Account at the top of wsform.com.
- Click on Edit Profile.

- At the bottom of the Edit Profile page you will find the Manage Payment Methods section.

- To update an existing card, click Update.
To add a new card, click Add New Card.
To remove a card, click Delete.
