Personal licenses can be upgraded to Freelance and Agency licenses. Freelance licenses can be upgraded to Agency licenses.
The cost is calculated as the difference between your original license and the new license. It will be prorated based on your existing subscription renewal date.
To upgrade a license key:
- Log in to https://wsform.com
- Click on My Account
- Click on Purchase History
- Click on View Licenses
- Click on View Upgrades
Add-ons cannot be refunded, but an add-on being used with a Personal license can be used with a Freelance license.
