If your emails show the unsightly value of a select, checkbox or radio field (such as an ID number), you can change this so that the easier to read label is shown instead.
The example below is for a select field but the same applies to checkboxes or radio fields.
- Click the field settings icon. This will open the settings sidebar for that field.
- Click the Options tab in the sidebar.
- Beneath the data grid, you will see a setting called Variables. Choose the column you would like to use for displaying the chosen option in your emails.
- Click Save.
Using this method you could have three separate columns for the select value, label and the text shown in the email.
