Translate Forms with TranslatePress

TranslatePress is a client-side translation plugin for WordPress that translates pages visually in the browser.

WS Form works with TranslatePress out of the box and does not require any special integration settings.

Installing TranslatePress

  1. Install and activate the TranslatePress plugin.
  2. Configure your site languages.

Setting Up Form Translation

  1. Create and publish your form using WS Form.
  2. Add the form to a page.
  3. Open the page on the front end of your website.
  4. Click Translate Page in the WordPress admin bar.
  5. Use the visual editor to translate form labels, buttons, placeholders and messages.

Once translated, forms will automatically display in the active language.

What Can Be Translated?

TranslatePress can translate visible form content including:

  • Field labels
  • Field help text
  • Field placeholders
  • Button labels
  • Validation messages
  • Confirmation messages

Additional Notes

TranslatePress works with WS Form automatically and no additional WS Form settings are required.

Translations are managed entirely within TranslatePress.
