If your pipeline does not appear, click the refresh icon in the Pipedrive tab.

At minimum, one of the following fields must be mapped for each object type:

  • Deal: Title
  • Organization: Name
  • Person: Name

  2. In the left-hand column, enter a value or a WS Form variable.

  4. Repeat this process for each field on your form.
  5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the sidebar to save your changes.
Notes

The notes setting allows you to add notes to any deal, organization or person added when the action runs.

To add a note:

  1. Click the Add  icon at the bottom right of the notes section.
  2. In the left-hand column, enter a value or a WS Form variable.
  3. In the right-hand column. select the objects you would like the note to be attached to.
  4. Repeat this process for each note you require.
  5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the sidebar to save your changes.
Deduplication

When a deal is added, you can opt to deduplicate by:

  • Deal Title

Check the deduplication settings you would like to implement.
